Return & Refund Policy
At Decorstation, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order, for any reason.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective, damaged, or faulty products
- Item does not match the product description
- Wrong item delivered
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse (conditions apply — see below)
Defective, Wrong, or Misrepresented Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will require clear photographs or video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will offer you a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you. Return shipping in these cases is covered by Decorstation.
Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse
If you wish to return an item that is not defective, you may do so within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case. A full refund of the item price will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer support team at contact@decorstation.in with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Defective, incorrect, or misrepresented items: Decorstation covers return shipping.
- Change of mind returns: Customer covers return shipping.
- Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
